For players to be considered for selection to an all-star team, a parent/guardian must fill out the attached commitment form (completed and signed) and turned in at the QHLL field to a board member (go to the snack bar and ask for who is on duty) by Saturday May 11th. Or email the form to [email protected] by Sunday, May 12th. (Please make sure that the player's name and division is in the subject line of your email).

Turning in this form gives the board an idea of who is interested and able to commit to playing on an all-star team. From there, the managers in each division will meet with the president, vice president, and player agent of the respective divisions to conduct nominations and then vote on the teams. To be eligible for nomination, the player and parent/guardian must sign and submit the commitment form, acknowledging they understand the guidelines for participation. The teams cannot be announced until May 15th.

All players selected will have to have completed a minimum of 8 regular season games prior to the all-star tournament start. In addition, they must have a birth certificate, proof of QHLL boundary/residency verification documents, school verification form, or 3 proofs of residency (one from each of the three categories).

Managers and coaches wishing to coach or manage a QHLL tournament team, must also submit their interest via email to [email protected] by Sunday May 15th. (Please include your name and what team/division you would like to be considered for.) Once all emails have been received they will be reviewed by the president, vice president, and player agent of each division. Selection of managers and coaches will be based on QHLL standing rules including but not limited to the following- season performance, sportsmanship, completion of manager and coach obligations, in good standing with the league, league operational needs, and applicable training.
