Refund Requests

If following the completion of registration a parent decides to withdraw a player, a Refund may be available. Details such as date of withdrawal, date of request and special programs or financial assistance granted might factor into the process and refund amount.  

Per QHLL standing rules:
Registration fees may be refunded per the following schedule:

On or before February 15 – full refund minus $30 administration fee
February 16 through March 15 – half refund minus $30 administration fee
After March 15 – No refund

There will be no refund of the $30 fundraiser unless it takes place prior to the event and all tickets are returned. 

All refunds are contingent upon the return of the uniform jersey.

No Board member, Coach, or other member of the league can commit to a refund.  The only way to get a refund is to complete a Refund Request Form and submit it to the Treasurer. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!   
 
IMPORTANT: Refunds will automatically be less $30.00. This covers the transaction fee that the league paid when your player was registered and the additional transaction fee that the league pays when you are cancelled and refunded.
