○ Opportunity ticket pick up from 7:00-9:00 pm (Last chance) turn tickets in for drawing on
opening ceremonies for a chance to win three check prizes!

● Tuesday, February 4, 2025 - Scorekeeper Clinic
○ 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm @ VFW
○ Two representatives from each team (except tee ball & coach pitch) must attend.
○ Basics of scorekeeping will be presented. The home team is responsible for providing a
scorekeeper at each game during the season. Visiting team must provide a volunteer for
the scoreboard.

● Saturday, February 15, 2025 - Field Work Day
○ Managers with the last name beginning A thru K, please report to the field from 9:00 am
until 12:00 pm. Managers with the last name beginning L thru Z, please report to the
field from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
● Sunday, February 16, 2025- QHLL Umpire Clinic
○ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm @ QHLL
○ For managers and coaches that did not attend the District 51 umpire clinic, parents, high
school and college level players, and anyone else interested in learning how to umpire a
game.

● Thursday, February 20, 2025 - Opening night baseball games (tentatively)
● Friday, February 21, 2025- opening night softball games (tentatively)
● Saturday, February 22, 2025 - Full day Saturday games (tentatively)
● Sunday, February 23, 2025 - Opening Ceremonies
○ Tee ball, Coach Pitch, Farm, and Minor softball
○ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm @ QHLL Field A
○ Opportunity ticket drawing and winners will be announced.
○ General membership meeting/ Constitution review approval

○ Board elections. Voting will be held for 2025/2026 Board of Directors. If you would like

● August 8th, 2025 - Fall registration close- waitlist still open
● Saturday, August 23, 2025 - Fall Field Work Day
○ Managers, coaches and volunteers prepare fields for Fall Ball
○ 9am-1pm
● September 7 through November 16, 2025 - Fall Ball Season.
